March 23, 2009                                                           Public Zoning Hearing

A public hearing was held to hear comments about the amending of the Zoning Code of the Village of Annawan to include an two Industrial Districts. (Light and Heavy) 

Copies of Ordinance Number 314 were available for board members and for the public.  

Present at the meeting were Mayor Franks, Trustees Sturtewagen, Gustafson, Curran, DeRycke, Fulton and VanKerrebroeck. Others in attendance were Paul Specht from the zoning board; Judd Hulting and Vince McCabe from Patriot Renewable Fuels.  

No public comments were given.  

The Zoning Board approved the amendment and recommended that the zoning ordinance be amended to add the two Industrial Districts. 

The ordinance was prepared by Attorney Scott Smith. 

There was no other business conducted at the meeting.
