March 12, 2009                                                                       Public Zoning Hearing

A public hearing was held to hear comments about the amending of Chapter 5 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to add a Planned Unit Development Overlay District. 

Present from the Zoning Board were Terry Rosebeck and Paul Specht. 

Present from the Village Board were Mayor Franks, Curran, DeRycke, and Fulton. 

Also present was Bob Westfall. 

Mayor Franks read Ordinance Number 313 adopting the change in the zoning ordinance. There were no public comments. 

The Zoning Board approved the amendment and recommended that the zoning ordinance be amended to add the Planned Unit Development Overlay District. 

There was no other business conducted at the meeting.
