Kennard Franks - Mayor
of Annawan - 935-6226 (Village Office)
While Kennard is not a full time member
of the Village of Annawan staff, his dedication and respect for the village
and it's citizens help make Annawan the community it is today. He is a
life-long resident of Annawan. He is currently employed with Timberlyn
Lighting Management Inc. If you need to speak with Mayor Franks, call

Julie DeSplinter -
Town Clerk - 935-6226 (Village Office)
Julie has been employed by the
Village of Annawan for 7 years. She is a retired school teacher and a
life long resident of Annawan. She was appointed as the
Town Clerk for Annawan in April 2005. Prior to that appointment she
was the Town's Deputy Clerk.
Marilyn Verdick -
Town Treasurer - 935-6226 (Village Office)
Marilyn has been employed by the
Village of Annawan and is a life long resident of Annawan. She also works for Hatzer & Nordstrom part time.
Tracy Diehl - Economic
Development Director - 935-6264 (ACEDC/Chamber Office)
Tracy has been employed with the
Village of Annawan for 7 years. She is employed by both the village
and the Annawan Community Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC), as well
as working with the Chamber of Commerce. She is originally from
Geneseo, but lives in Atkinson.
Mark Crosby -
Water/Sewer Superintendent - 935-6632 (Water Shed)
Mark has been employed with the
Village of Annawan for 19 years. He is a life long resident of
Annawan.
Tim Wise - Police Chief
- 935-6250 (Police Office)
Tim has been employed with the
Village of Annawan for 9 years. He lives in Annawan, but is originally
from Gurnee.
