Annawan has recently annexed over 375 acres into the Village limits, doubling our size.  The annexed property will be used for light industry and commercial development.  An ethanol plant was recently built by Patriot Renewable Fuels, LLC.

Among the benefits of locating your business in the Village of Annawan are excellent municipal services, a strong workforce, and a very favorable tax base.  Annawan is located adjacent to Interstate 80 (Exit #33), with US Highway 6 and Illinois Route 78 running directly through the Village limits.  The Iowa Interstate Railroad also passes through the Village.  We are located approximately 35 miles east of the Quad City International Airport.   Annawan offers a cost effective location for businesses, supported by excellent municipal services.
